Alight Optoelectronic Industry Commerce Co., Ltd is one of the earliest LED encapsulation factory in Zhongshan founded in 2000. In 2007, our company have cooperated with Thirteenth Research Laboratory of China Light and power (CLP) Group to promotion LED panel light source encapsulation technology. So in the early 2008, we launched the series of LED panel light source standard module (CHIP ON BOARD), which made us to be a manufacturer realized LED panel light source encapsulation at the earliest period in China.
LED panel light source module, called COB LED, solves the common problem of LED glare, heat dissipation and other issues when we take the lighting application into COB LED process’s consideration. More than that, the luminous efficiency is improved by 30% and the cost decreased by 40% compared with the traditional process, which laying the foundation for LED white lights’ enlarging lighting application ‘s market, and fill the technical blank of LED encapsulation’s limitation at that time.
In the January of 2017, under the effort of technical group and solution team. Alight Tech has finally developed a high flexibility bendable light source called FPC COB LED. Unlike OLED’s high cost and low luminous efficiency, our FPC COB LED with 170lm/w. Luminous efficiency can be also curvy installed, which fill the gap of such technology and blank of lighting application. Nowadays, we have an innovative patent of 201710074617.1 and more than ten innovative utility patents like 201720124523.6.
Besides that, from 2010, our Alight have forwarded to the field of accent lighting and aimed at commercial lights of track lights and grille lights. And we insisted on self-development of lighting house and luminaire photo metric, for now, we have already developed three series of track lights and two series of grille lights, more than that, we also have developed two series of downlights and one series of pendant lights. So far, we have more than 30 innovative utility patents and appearance patents.
In the future, we will continue to focus on technological innovation and product’s research and development, and will be unsparing in our efforts in development on COB LED panel module and lights application, so that to enlarge our production capacity and improve enterprise’s competitive, as well as contributing to LED optoelectronic’s widespread.
