Alight Optoelectronic Industry Commerce Co., Ltd. One of the earliest LED encapsulation factories in Zhongshan, was founded in 2000. After 9 years development, now we become a big enterprise with more than 400 staffs, assets owned including the advanced LED encapsulation production line, valuated more than 9 million USD: LED lighting assembly line and testing equipment, valuated more than 1 million USD etc. Now we become a famous enterprise with the end to end design. R&D, production of LED encapsulation and LED lamp etc, with annual revenue more than 60 million USD, and our products are holding a lead position within both domestic and oversea market.
By focusing on the key technologies, we cooperated with China Electronics Technology Group semiconductor institute in 2007, developed and researched the encapsulation technology of LED panel together. And we pushed the standard LED luminous panel series products to the market in the early of 2008. This technology fabricates the process for syncretism LED encapsulation technology to various products producing, solved common defects such like glare problems, dispel heat problems etc. By using this technology, the luminous efficiency is raised to 30%, and the cost decreased to 40%, which is the foundation and main reason for the leading position of our product in the major lighting field. We also active participate in the standard organizations, nowadays, the luminous panel module hold the two patents for both invention and new applications, which is the milestone in LED encapsulation field, ended the old history that encapsulation can only be implemented from point to point.
China electronic industry group institute is one of director units of China semiconductor standard committee, charging for IEC/TC47 and SEC unit of international standardization network, and the center of country semiconductor parts quality monitor with advanced equipment. Responsible to making and testing of heat resistance etc. It has been appointed exclusive semiconductor illumination products test institution by 2008 Beijing Olympic.
