-Incandescent lamp

An incandescent lamp is a device that heats a tungsten filament to an incandescent state, emitting light through thermal radiation. The advantages of incandescent lamps are that they are close to sunlight, have a continuous spectrum, and a color rendering index of over 95; The disadvantages are low color temperature, severe power consumption, and short service life (about 1000h)

-Halogen lamp

Also known as quartz bulb, it is an incandescent lamp plus, which not only inherits the advantages of good color rendering from incandescent lamps, but also has a longer service life and higher luminous efficiency.

-Fluorescent lamps

Also known as a fluorescent lamp (commonly known as an “electric pole”), it is composed of a lamp tube and an inductive ballast. After the mercury vapor inside the tube is energized, it releases ultraviolet light, and the fluorescent powder on the wall of the lamp tube emits light after absorbing ultraviolet light.

-LED lights

LED, short for Light Emitting Diode, is a solid-state semiconductor component that converts electrical energy into light energy. The advantages of LED lights are that they turn on immediately, have high brightness, save power, have a long service life (>50000h), and do not attract mosquitoes or insects.

The disadvantage is that the spectrum is uneven, and low-quality LED lights have a very low color rendering index, even below 50. This is why many LED lights look bright but have poor lighting effects.

Luminaires can be divided into the following types according to device types:

-Ceiling light

The common types of lighting fixtures in home decoration are installed with the bottom completely attached to the roof.

-Chandelier

The lighting fixtures hanging below the ceiling are divided into single head chandeliers and multi head chandeliers (internet celebrity molecular lights are one of the multi head chandeliers).

-Floor lamp

The floor lamp is composed of a lampshade, a bracket, and a base, which is easy to move. It is generally arranged in the living room or rest area, paired with sofas and coffee tables, for local lighting or creating a corner atmosphere.

Small lighting fixtures placed on desks, dining tables, and other countertops, used for reading and work, with a small and concentrated illumination range that does not affect the overall lighting of the room.

-Spotlights

Spotlights are small lighting fixtures installed around suspended ceilings, walls, or furniture, characterized by high luminosity, direct illumination on objects that need to be emphasized, and strong contrast between light and dark.
