What is the difference between full spectrum LED lights and regular LED lights?

Blue light ratio
Generally speaking, due to the excitation principle, LEDs have a much higher blue light ratio than sunlight, similar to this:
Blue light with wavelengths between 400-450nm is harmful to the retina, also known as blue light harm. However, the proportion of blue light in the full spectrum is relatively low, and it is almost done well, almost close to sunlight, so most of it is protected against blue light. The exemption level is Rg0, and the harm caused by blue light can be almost ignored. For example, Lipro’s Ruran light uses purple light excitation technology, and the spectrum is excellent
Color rendering index
The so-called color rendering index is a measure of the degree to which light expresses color. The color rendering index of natural light is 100, so the closer the color rendering index of artificial light sources is to 100, the higher the degree of color restoration, and the closer the object presented to the eyes is to natural true color:
Although many lighting fixtures currently advertise a color rendering index of 90 or above, most of them have an average color rendering index (R1-R8) of 90 or above. However, they are not doing enough on the most important R9 and R10, some may only be 50-60:
